P275/45 r21 bought new in 2019 with set a brand new tires. 3 of 4 have suffered tread separation in under 19k miles (65k tire). The separation has occurred between the belt and inner tire rubber. It bulges the tire tread, causing vibration and a bald spot on the tread. Found numerous other online reports of these tires have tread separation issues.
