Tl-the contact owns a 2005 Lexus Es320. The contact stated that while driving approximately 25 mph the vehicle experienced an unintended acceleration. The contact braking system would not respond. The contact then had to shift to neutral and came to a complete stop. A number of warning indicators were illuminated at the time of failure.
