Front Driver Side Air Bag Inflator problems of the 2008 Lexus ES

Takata recall,tamara inflators. On June 9, the notice came told not use the front passenger seat. It is now Jan. 23, 2017 and the dealer continues to put off the replacement of the unsafe parts. This is unreasonable as we are unable to use the car I transporting grandchildren and even go out to dinner with friends. Why?.

I have called three times over the past 10 months to my local Lexus dealers, and their response has been "we have received only a few parts so far. " "you will be notified when there are more parts in. " my wife and I have just this one car, and having one of us sitting in the back seat each time we drive the car for the last 10 months has been very difficult. We are both seniors. Is there anything you can do to have one of the local dealers in san diego county replace the airbag very soon. Thanks for your help on this.
