Vehicle blind spot indicator did not come on while car was on side of vehicle on trip to atlanta. If car did not honk we surely would have had an accident. I started to monitor when the light came on and noticed in was extremely inconsistent with respect to how for an approaching vehicle was from ours before activating. Sometimes it would come on 3 or more car lengths before reaching our bumper, sometimes after car was 1/3 of the way past our bumper, sometimes not before car was completely in blindspot or later. I filmed this but was only able to show the caring distances, and could not get an example of completely in blindspot with monitor not activated. Dealer and Lexus refuse to fix issue. The two side mirrors do not show cars coming up on the side while driving by yellow warning light. It also does not show the turn signal lights when they are turned on left and right. It seems the side sensors are not working.
