Tl- the contact owns a 2019 Lexus Es. The contact stated that pulling into a parking spot when they attempted to press the brake pedal to stop the vehicle the brake pedal floored causing the vehicle to coast forward into the side of the building. Once, the contact stated that the vehicle continued to coast forward despite pumping the brakes. The contact placed the vehicle in reverse to get the vehicle from out the side of the building. Once in reverse and off the side of the building, the contact quickly shift the vehicle's gear into the park position and turned it off. The airbags did not deploy. The contact received bruises on their chest area, however, no medical attention was needed. The passengers were not injured. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed and brought to the dealer (caliber collision located at 6634 indiana Ave, riverside, CA 92506 phone number 951-683-6734) who diagnosed that parking brake assist failed and the front end was severly damaged and that both needed to be replaced. The vehicle had not been repaired. The contact stated they were made aware the failure related to NHTSA campaign number 19v544000 (electronic stability control, service brakes) however, the VIN was not included in the recall. Electronic Stability Control problem #3

1. When backing out of the garage, the backup sensor sometimes starts beeping when there is nothing behind the vehicle. 2. Driving car on dan ryan expressway. Pressing left side buttons on steering wheel, attempting to change the sound level, channel, or radio mode (fm1,fm2,am, etc. ). Instead, nothing may respond, or right side buttons respond; I. E. , car began dialing a phone number (using bluetooth). Took car to my dealership, orland park Lexus of IL on November 20, 2017. Was advised there is nothing they can do because neither of these problems has occurred in their presence. I had previously paid for an electronics testing check up just before my 7 year extended warranty expired (November 2017). I indicated these same types of concerns. They had not kept of record of this, stating they did not see any of the problems then either, so the check-out sheet (based on my initially expressed concerns) were reflected any where in their records. Instead, they took off the cost of the car review price (when they fixed other things). Thus erasing any record of my expressing concerns related to these issues. They also said it might indicate a computer issue, but as there was no problem when seen at their shop, no record is being kept. I asked what the price might be to replace the computer. They indicated not knowing. I have no records to 'upload'. I am concerned that if I had problems while driving, what if my phone is the next thing to go out? chicago area streets are not that safe.

Electronic Stability Control problem #4

I bought this car from all auto sales. The same day, less than an hour later I attempted to drive the car home and it broke down in front of a red light. The salesman reassured me that nothing was wrong with it. I tried to start it back up and it wouldn't start so I had to push it to the side of the road, while pregnant and two kids present. It was sold to me "as is" and I have no temp tags and I'm expected to pay a bi weekly car note. I had to payout of pocket for a tow truck and at this point I just want my money back it's only been two days and I'm already experiencing problems out of this vehicle. Please help.
