Good afternoon, the first thing that I need to say (which will become obvious when seeing the attachments) is that I made an “extremely foolish,” decision on March 13, 2025 when I decided to purchase this Lexus 2010 vehicle from Audi orange park. I was without a car and had a work trip coming up and along with other distractions I most definitely was not paying attention to the “swindling” that was happening right in front of my eyes. The transaction was very fast and when signing the documents the gentleman had me sign on my phone and did allow me to use the ipad that he was using so you can imagine how difficult it was for me to possibly see anything that I was signing. Yes, I was an idiot! hindsight is 20/20. Everything was unprofessional and unfortunately, I let it happen to me. So other than putting all of this in writing to make it known of this fraudulent behavior I have to swallow my pride and admit that I was just stupid that day. On August 23, 2025, I stopped by arlington dealership to look at used rav4 thinking that perhaps I could find out what would be needed to trade in eventually. It wasn’t until this time that I realized what the carfax stated, and it was the arlington dealership that informed me of what appeared to be a ”roll back of the odometer. ” after being in complete shock and in basically in tears of what the Audi dealership had done and yes once again being made very much aware of my not so bright decision making. I looked at the car fax and the Audi dealership states it changed two tires before I purchased. After the purchase the tire pressure light was on so I went by discount tire for them to put air in at which time they informed me that all 4 tires were awful and really should not be driving on them. Had an appointment and had to leave. On 3/23/25 I went to tire plus just thought I would make sure that the tires really were all bad. Yes, they said all were bad and that there was one that they could put it trunk for a possible.
I had my vehicle serviced at westside Lexus on March 20, 2024. My vehicle, a 2022 Lexus 300h f sport, was brought in for 20,000-mile service, and not only has the issue not been resolved, but it has also led to a dangerous situation that could have resulted in serious and potentially fatal harm. To elaborate, after the service, I noticed that the car did not drive as smoothly nor sound as quiet as normal for my hybrid vehicle. I also heard noise as I entered/exited the driveway, drove over speed bumps, backed up, and exited the vehicle. This noise was similar to my experience after a prior service appointment when I noticed on the highway that my rear passenger tire was wobbly, posing a significant risk to my family’s safety and that of others on the road. As with my previous experience, I heard more noise and what sounded like loose parts after a few weeks. When I checked, my rear passenger tire was loose again. As a 15-year Toyota owner, I trusted Lexus for its reputation for safety, dependability, quality, and customer care, but this experience has shaken my confidence in your brand. For each service appointment, I consent to the recommended services. It is unacceptable for a Lexus service center to return a vehicle in a condition that is unsafe to drive. Here are the details of my service visit: · service date: March 20, 2024 · work order number: 687595 · vehicle mileage: 20,105 · description of service performed: 20,000-mile service and four-wheel alignment upon discovering the issue and having Lexus roadside assistance tow the vehicle back to the dealership.

Dealer says the style wheel on the vehicle is routinely repaired by them (not replaced. ) dealer rep (wesley peters, sewell Lexus, dallas) wheel is commonly damaged by improper torqueing of lug nuts. Lexus drivers I know do not know the torque specs nor do they carry a torque wrench. Dealer rep peters also stated the firm routinely repair all styles of Lexus wheels and writer should not be concerned. Could the NHTSA please look into why Lexus wheels should require repair before someone bounces of the highway with a broke wheel.

I accelerated from a stop light after it turned green. About 25 feet thru the light I heard the car behind me blowing their horn constantly. I looked in my rear view mirror to see what was going in. Then I thought I notice light smoke comng from my tailpipe. I applied my right turn blinker and pulled to the curve. As soon as I parked, I could see orange colored fire around the front of my car and along the side of my driver/passenger doors. I felt that me and my passenger wouldn't be able to exit the car without be burnt, but I knew we needed to get out immediately. I tried to calmly get my passenger to exit which we did mainly because she hadn't seen the flames. We were able to exit and I immediately call 911 and proceeded to clearing people from near my car. The fire dept and police arrived about 10-15 minutes later. The fire department extinguished the car then left. A police officer stayed until the tow CO arrived. The car was towed away and I was given a ride ti my residence.
Vehicle due for regular, periodic service at Lexus of manhattan. Arrived @ 07:00. At 09:35 service manager informed us of serious problems with the rotors, brakes, and alignment. Said they had completed the alignment and cautioned the vehicle would have to subsequently have major braking system repairs. Vehicle was leased new in may 2011. Had never exhibited a single problem. Was driven ~98% highways. Always garaged. Never parked on a city street. This Lexus either is a "lemon" or the dealer is fabricating the truth. Problems reported to Lexus. Response: "the problems with the vehicle are not covered and must have resulted from your misusing the vehicle. " in effect, Lexus is taking their dealer's side in this situation leaving the door open to this complaint to the federal authorities. This situation is pure nonsense and either the vehicle is a "lemon" or the dealer was "up-selling" an unnecessary repair. Lexus has refused to authorize this vehicle be inspected by their own technicians. Thus Lexus customer satisfaction (the people with whom I was speaking at Lexus) is putting itself into the position of admitting there is something wrong with their vehicle but they will not even investigate their dealer's findings! something is (again) very wrong with the people from Toyota!.
Had to replace stater, brakes would start and engine would stop. Had to have brakes replaced, lighting inside would sometimes come on other times no lighting inside.
