While defogging rear window glass popped out inside of vehicle into little pieces. Dealer has been notified. Please provide further information.
The lamination in the windshield has detriorated causing the window to look distorted which results in poor visibility. However, the vehicle was taken to dealer & the problem was confirmed by the mechanic.
