One problem related to brake disc rotor has been reported for the 2003 Lexus ES300. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While driving 65 mph driver applied the brakes and front end shook and pulled to the left. Consumer, was able to maintain control of the vehicle and drove it home. Consumer contacted the dealer, and will have the vehicle towed to the dealer for repair the next day.
