Cruise control doing 5-10mph with the cruise control on the car surged foward and even braking I hit the car in front of me.

When starting the Lexus ES 330 2004 for the first time in the day it makes a horrible sound that lasts about 5 seconds while still parked then when driving it seems like I am forcing it do accelerate. After being warmed up it is fine and after subsequent starts it does not make that noise.

Engine caught on fire. Was driving on a city street when I noticed flames shooting out under the hood.

The dash is distorting, especially around the air bag location. Fabric liner has extended outside the leather trim.

Since the beginning the back doors windows always get stock and I had to take them to Lexus to have them fix. Warranty expired and they still have the issue. Lexus said they know about it but there is not a fix.

The contact expressed the position of the drink holder is a poor design and could result in an accident. The manufacturer was alerted and informed the contact the cup holder had been redesigned in the newer model.
