Purchased 4 new tires from costco in June 2012. Since Nov. 2013 the tire pressure light has been on several times even though they are filled with nitrogen for better pressure. I have taken the car back in to costco tire center several times. The tires were checked, refilled and rotated and no slow leak was found. The tires are still under the 60,000 mile warranty. I barely put 5,000 miles per year on my car. Going back today hoping I don't have to get 2 new rear tires.
The contact owns a 2007 Lexus Es350 equipped with kumho ecsta lx platinum tires, size: 215/557r17 (na). While driving 70 mph, the tires began to vibrate. The driver could barely steer and maintain control of the vehicle. The following day, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the interior belt slipped and three of the four tires were faulty. The tires were not repaired or replaced.
