When ready to get out of car, the child unbuckled and the loop wrap around child tightened. The seat belt was not loosening to allow child to fit through loop, pulling on belt made the belt even tighter and did not unlock. Child was having difficulty breathing and I had to cut the belt. Continuing to inquire for resolution to to have belt fixed under vehicle warranty. Dealer is unresponsive to phone and email for updates.
