I'm having various problems with my Lexus Es350 as follows: the transmission slips and I feel the car accelerates by itself while I'm driving. The parking assistant system alerts me when any obstacles are near my car. The front passenger airbag indication is off when an adult sits there.

My car has a commonly known problem with the transmission where it slips as much as 1000 rpm when shifting from third to 4th gear. When I reported it to Lexus, they immediately replaced the transaxle. Now it flares even worse.
