Body Problems of Lexus GS

We were crossing under the light to go to the gas station and we believe the car that hit us ran a red light. It caused right rear damage and side airbags to deploy. There's a metal piece in the tire and its undriveable.

Vehicle is 2016 Lexus Gs350 showing clear coat failure on the roof on the edges. Door handles and black pillar cover are not both showing discoloration. The head light cover under both headlights have lost its color. A vehicle of this age should not be having paint failure like this. I contacted the Lexus customer service mentioning this is a defect with the paint application and they wouldn't help.

While I was driving at the end of traffic (light just turned green), when my sunroof (glass) exploded. Was a very loud bang, glass fell all over the center console, driver side (on my arm, hair) and passenger side. Luckily I was the only one in the car. I informed my insurance of the damage and sent them pictures, I can show you as well.

El concesionario negó la asistencia indicando que la lectura actual del odómetro no coincide con la última registrada en su sistema. Deseo aclarar que el problema del tablero y paneles ES un defecto DE material ampliamente documentado y no guarda relación con el millaje del vehículo. In the process of making a u-turn on a private narrow street the automobile rpm jumped from aaan almost idel condition to over 3000 rpm. Every effort to brake the car and shift to neutral proved ineffective within the distance of approximately 30 feet. The automobile jumped the curb and struck a low garden wall forcing an engine stop. The airbags failed to deploy. My estimate of the speed when striking the wall was 30 to 35 mph. I have pictures which show the brake streaks as well as total damage scene. In addition a next door neighbor heard the entire sequence of events and can verify the extent of the braking effort. To date Lexus has stated that it was not an automobile defect. I am looking into appropriate legal action. The 1999 Gs300 is identified as a candidate for uncontrolled accelerations in the recently complete Toyota uncontrolled acceleration class action suite but my event is closed out due to the date of occurrence.

I was driving going home from the store and my lower ball joint failed and damage my wheels, fender and driver side door won't open all the way due to the damage on the fender. Thank god I wasn't in the freeway or with my kids when this happened.

This series of Lexus apparently has a defect of the inside rear view mirror that cause the mirror inside surface to cloud up to the point of being inoperative. My unit began to fail early in the car's life but just as the warranty period expired it became nearly useless. Lexus nor the dealer would not cover this safety defect.
