One problem related to front air bag has been reported for the 1999 Lexus GS300. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision of 35-40 mph with a tree and neither air bag deployed. Dealer and manufacturer were not notified at this time. The dealer and the manufacturer declined to repair the vehicle without charge.
