Exterior Lighting Problems of Lexus GS300

My GS 300 was purchased in 2008. Since that time the headlamps became condensated. Eventually became a problem with fkickrtin/inoperable. . Ibwasvubabmevti get suti registered because of defective part in lamp. I had both replaced. Requested Lexus to assist with cistvof replacement. They declined. I was told by brenna, Lexus headquarters, there was a previous lamp recall. I missed it. I would like to be reimbursed for the cost of replacement. Totalling $769. 54. This is happens for no apparent reason, in dry or wet conditions. I replaced the driver side headlamp assembly which was turning off very frequently. Problem still exist as seems to be getting worse.

Passenger side headlamp goes out periodically.

When driving at night with low beams on, the driver side and passenger side intermittently turn off. Sometimes they both turn off at the same time. Went to Lexus for service and they said they cannot assess the problem or know what is wrong until the headlamp doesn't turn on again and their suggestion would be to change the entire headlamp. Went for a second service and was told it is the light bulb going out by another service associate. Replaced light bulbs on driver and passenger side and problem still persists.

Headlamp problems are known to exist, however Lexus keeps no records of owner reported headlamp problems on their maintenance records. My dealership record shows no record of the vehicle ever being serviced for problems beyond the original headlamp replacement.
