Lexus Gs350 in general is pretty a good car but I always having problem with Lexus dealer( westside Lexus in houston TX). Whenever I bring my concerns or show them the problems, they will pretend or refuse to fix until they see the problem by themselves. First was my backup camera flickering and now my passenger low beam is acting up and it's a intermittent problem. Some time it goes dim and completely turns off by itself and I will need to turn off and on the switch for it to work. I even got a chance to take pictures and record video clip to show them but they denied and kept saying that they need it to happens in there dealer before they can fix it. This is ridiculous and very dangerous while driving at night time.
Condensation in the front drivers headlight made may light go out when traveling on highway. Completely unable to see, because of "leveling" lights. I was able to avoid an accident by using my bright lights. I took to the dealer service and was told this is a common problem and that the Lexus RX is already being recalled, but not my vehicle. . This is a costly repair over 1000.
