Passenger seat frame had to be replaced at my cost because it was sending a faulty signal to air bag and the only way the dealer could erase the air bag code was to replace the seat frame at a cost of $1500 also with the seats, the driver seat slides back and forth when applying the brakes approximately 1 inch making for an unsafe procedure when applying brakes. It startles the driver and causes a severe distraction. The seat will slide back and forth until the vehicle comes to a complete stop, which makes applying constant pressure on the brake pedal to be impossible.
The contact owns a 2014 Lexus GS 350. The contact stated that the front driver side seat was very uncomfortable while driving at various speeds, which caused the contact to have back pains.
