general problems of the 2014 Lexus GS350

Tl-the contact owns a 2014 Lexus Gs350. The contact stated that while driving at 35 mph, approaching an intersection the vehicle becan to shudder and while the accelerated pedal was depressed the vehicle hastate to accelerate. Unknow aware of warning light illuminating. Another vehicle crashed into the contact vehicle. All airbags deployed. A police report was made. Medical was contacted however at the time the contact did not need any assistance. The contact sustained minor injured chest. Police towed the vehicle to a lot and deemed the vehicle a total loss. No dealer was contacted. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The contact mentioned that he received a recall notification for NHTSA recall number 20v012 which could be a possible soultion to the failure that occurred. The failure mileage was approximately 6,250. Ck.
