On 8/22/13 , I was driving on the street about 30 miles per hour . The car was braked and locked up all by it self . My foot was on the accelerator at the time and not on the brake . The brake light lite up on the dash board and the I press the accelerator but the car would not move . When I put my foot on the brake paddle , the car would go until it hit about 10 miles per hour then locked up again . I had it towed to the Lexus service center around 10 pm . The service center was closed but the brake unlocked by itself . I drove home and drive to the Lexus dealer next day . Lexus service drove the car over 100 miles and can not find the problem . On 9/5/2913 around 8:30 pm , the car locked up again . Next day , the car was working ok . 9/7/13 around 11:30 am , I was driving 65 mph on the 605 freeway . The brake locked up again . I was almost rear ended . Tow to cerritos Lexus dealer , they call me and could no find any problem . They insisted the car is safe . 9/12/13 , the car locked up again on the way home .
