Tl � the contact owns a 2011 Lexus Gs350. The contact stated that his vehicle had exhibited the same symptoms as an unknown NHTSA recall that he saw. The dash melted which caused a glare on the windshield and the contact was unable to see. The vehicle was taken d to a dealer (Lexus of palm beach, west palm beach) who informed that vehicle was not part of a recall and it was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified and informed the contact that someone will be with him in 30 days. The failure mileage was approximatley 80,000 . Jc.

Tl the contact owns a 2010 Lexus Gs350. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 50 mph while it was raining, the windshield wipers failed to function. The contact coasted to the side of the road. The contact called aaa where they came out and tightened the wiper arm nuts and bolts. The vehicle was later taken to Lexus of north hill (15025 perry hwy, wexford, PA 15090, (724) 940-1400) where it was diagnosed that the wiper arm nuts and bolts was stripped and needed to be replaced. The wiper nuts and bolts were temporary repaired. The vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign number: 13v030000 (visibility/wiper). The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle was not included in the recall. The approximate failure mileage was 70,000. Aw.
