One problem related to brake pedal and linkage has been reported for the 1999 Lexus GS400. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
While applying the brake pedal to stop the car jerked forward on many occasions, this is due to a design flaw, the consumers foot accidentally engages the accelerator pedal at the same time as the brake pedal caused by the foot overhanging the brake pedal.
