Rear Suspension problems of the 1999 Lexus GS400

Vehicle has a fast shudder of the steering wheel at highway speeds. It also has a vibration in the seats at 45 mph. We replaced the tires three times with different types and cannot eliminate the vibration. It must be a suspension part. They did swap the rear axle and differential with another car on their lot. A new driveshaft was also installed.
