I am requesting a thorough inspection of the driver-side seatbelt system, including the retractor mechanism, and that any defective components be repaired or replaced immediately. Please document this concern formally and provide written confirmation of your findings and recommended corrective actions. I am very concerned for my safety and expect this issue to be handled with the urgency it deserves.
