One problem related to front driver side air bag inflator has been reported for the 2011 Lexus GX460. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Takata inflators: we are shocked there is yet "not a remedy" for this issue. We got the message may 2016 the car is fitted with the takata air bag that may result in "injury or death" to the front passenger. Years this is going on, how many more deaths, how much more time will this take. Meanwhile do you recommend a law suit? recall# 16v-340 robert haze.
