The contact owns 2015 Lexus gx470 n/a. The contact stated that the door actuator failed to latch and the driver's side door, passenger's side front door and rear driver's side door failed to unlock while his wife was trying to exit the vehicle. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to park place Lexus plano (6785 dallas pkwy, plano, TX 75024, (844) 875-5266) where it was diagnosed and determined that driver's side door actuator needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired however, the failure recurred. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure however, no further assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 49,800.
