One problem related to front seat heater/cooler has been reported for the 2015 Lexus GX460. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Cpsc: 2015 Lexus Gx460: consumer stated the rear seats melted due to the seat heaters. The car was parked in the driveway and not on at the time of the incident. The consumer stated the burn went all the way down to the frame. Lexus denied her claim.
