The contact owns a 2006 Lexus Gx470. The contact stated that the vehicle was experiencing a recurring failure in which the front turn signal light bulbs stopped functioning. The failure recurred on both front turn signals but never simultaneously. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer on numerous occasions in which the bulbs would be replaced.
