One problem related to side/window air bag has been reported for the 2006 Lexus GX470. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Received a recall notice in February of 2016, but have continuously been advised by Lexus dealer that Lexus has not provided the necessary part or parts to fix the issue of a faulty side airbag.
