Instrument Panel Speedometer/odometer problems of the 2006 Lexus IS

Odometer fraud. The contact purchased a 2006 Lexus Is 250. The contact stated that after purchasing the vehicle and driving for two hours, it was discovered that there was a mileage discrepancy. The vehicle was a private sale. At the time of purchase, the vehicle mileage was 135,000, and at the time of scanning the vehicle, it was discovered that the mileage was 221,000. The title showed a different name. A carfax report was not obtained. The montgomery police department was contacted and referred him to the NHTSA hotline.
