Tht vsc light keeps coming on and will not go off. Ihave been banned from Lexus re Lexus corporate are allowing lindsey Lexus, Lexus of annapolis, and Lexus of silver springs, to use fear, intimidation, out right lies ,and deception , to scare people to repair things on cars that simply do not need any repair against army veteran and senoir citizens. People they perceive to have no knowledge of cars. While the Lexus certified preowned warranty was in place no one ever asked to repair anything. Because Lexus was paying for the repairs if any. As soon as the Lexus cpo warranty was expired everything was wrong with the car according to the dealerships. This Is a culture of corruption. If your business model needs lies and corruption you don't have a profitable, moral, properly working business model. This all started with the racist tammy of lindsey who after a brief examination of the car said it needed $8k in repairs. I was shocked. I took the car there initially after the warranty expired to get the car checked for any potential needed replacements such as brakes, tires, battery things that just simply were out over time. None of the problems they said were those type of problems that are easily identified . Racist tami told me if I didn't make the repairs the car will fail and that I could get killed on the highway . I asked to speak to the service manager. I asked for pictures and proof. They did not provide any proof. The service manager apologized for something and said that's how they do business. Oil changes are not enough business for them and that I was now considered a dead customer. I left in my car never repaired anything they said. Needless to say the car did not fail. During the easter holiday season next thinking this was an Isolated incident.

I has a Lexus Is 250 2012 , 86000 mile last 10 month ago my car has a recall mail replacement air bag from Lexus,but my car was in a good condition every thing Is function good with no any problem, but after I took my car to the Lexus of towson location 1040 york rd , townson,MD,21204 . After they replacement my car air bag . My car was went on a warning light note that air bag off ,so it mean air bag not working properly ,but before that my car has non of the light problem everything Is good. I call the Lexus of townson. Told them my car was a warning light after the recall replacement air bag, they told me that I has to paid for 300. 00$ for diagnostic and adding labor and more to fix for the air bag warning light. So after my cousin told me driving with air bag warning light on could be danger, because any time has accident the vehicle air bag may not project the passage ,so I schedule appointment I told them my car Issue after they recall air bag replacement . I told them the dealer has to respond for this. At the final I takes my car home because they asked for 300. 00$ diagnostic and adding over thousand for labor and more . Because I always busy for my family I has to takes my mom to check up her high blood pressure and other thing every week. So I contract the Lexus headquarter they told me the same thing, I keep contract them and today I call them and known that they close my case , but I never receiver any email that my case was close. I need my air bag light off warning light get fix . And thank for reading this . . I hope the dealer will fix my car air bag warning light for the passage side to get fix thank and stay safe . . .
I got an accident, try to save deer and fox but brake didn't work properly and dis-balanced the car and my car roll over few time and hit from front and back but no airbag deployed, and stability control didn't work.
I was driving my car when all of a sudden the sensor advised me my coolant was low as I looked over to my left shoulder I notice smoke coming out before it caught fire. Looks like the main source of the fire was an electrical Issue that generated the wheel cover and bumper to start ignoring faster.
Car runs great until check engine light comes on followed by vsc and then brake light. When those lights come on it runs rough and brakes make gear noise under driver's side hood area. Brake Is very sluggish and almost non existent when it fails. Let it set, clear fault and runs fine until warm again. Have had all brakes checked and in good condition by mechanic today and problem persists. Appears to be an ecu or other electrical and not mechanical problem. Is extremely dangerous and should be addressed by manufacturer.
Melting dashboard. Shortly after purchasing my Lexus Is250, I was contacted by Lexus informing me that they would be repairing their melting interior panels. It has been over a year and despite several attempts to get the repair completed have been told that I am on the list to be contacted. I have still not been contacted to have this repair completed. It makes it extremely difficult to see during daylight.
Melting dashboard reflect sunlight on windshield which Is blinding at times. Also melting doors stain and ruin clothes. Vsc sensors also stay on even after dealership "repair" they recommend replacing transmission @$5k but no guarantee problem will be solved.
This 2010 Is250 was purchased new in October 2009 and has approximately 3,300 miles. On Feb 19th, 2010 driver made a u-turn at low speed. After the completion of the turn the car started an uncommanded acceleration, causing it to spin to the right. The car then jumped a curb with the wheel still spinning and the bottom resting on the curb. Pushing and holding the start/stop button in the car finally cut the engine. Significant damage to the underside and left rear wheel of the car. This vehicle Is unsafe to drive as uncommanded acceleration could have led to serious injuries or death. Vehicle Is currently located at south bay Lexus in torrance CA.
Lexus Is 250 2009 , driver side mat was not there ,still my car could not stop at a red light , why? I was terrified, nearly escaped a crash , so please research what Is going on with the Lexus cars . Toyota never sent me any recall notice until after the fact , but I knew about the mat recall through the media , and had removed it . Now I am afraid to drive .
