Dashboard Crack problems of the 2006 Lexus IS250

Tl- the contact owns a 2006 Lexus Is250. The contact stated that the hard plastic dash board material had deteriorated causing the surface of the dashboard to become very smooth and shinny. The contact indicated that when the sunlight reflected off the damaged dashboard the glare created a visibility hazard for the driver. The cause of the failure was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer and local dealer were not notified of the failure. The VIN was not available. The failure mileage was 108,000. Jft.

The material is very sticky and has marks every where. I have kept my car up very well, but this makes the car look really bad. Not considering the harm it could be causing health wise. I love my Lexus but I do not know if I will purchase another one for that reason alone.
