The contact owns a 2009 Lexus Is250. While driving approximately 15 mph, the contact drove over a pot hole and the tire pressure warning light illuminated. After adding air to the tire, the contact noticed that air continued to escape from the tire. The tire was replaced with the spare, and the contact inspected the wheel casing and noticed two screws that were exposed in the wheel housing. The contact stated that the screws were what punctured the tire. The contact stated that the design of the vehicle was dangerous to drive in bad winter weather.
