The contact owns a 2010 Lexus Is250 hybrid. While traveling 25 mph the contact noticed that the vehicle had suddenly shifted from the drive gear to the neutral gear. The vehicle was taken to the dealership where the contact was informed that the vehicle was performing normally. There were no prior warnings. The current and failure mileages were 1500.
