One problem related to brake disc caliper has been reported for the 2010 Lexus IS250. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The brakes seemed to need more and more peddle pressure to stop the car. It got so bad I couldn't drive the car car safely. I went to have the brakes replaced and the rear calipers were frozen. The slider pin on the bottom of both calipers is locked solid.
