On June 11, 2019 I was driving on regular speed limit of road 55mph and suddenly deer and fox came, so I try to avoid them and hit the brake and abs brake didn't work hit the fox and car stability control didn't work and car flip 5times and hit the deer as well, but none of my car airbags deployed after flipping and hitting.
Wiring harness defect renders srs/seatbelt pretension system inoperable. Lexus refuses to replace wiring harness without charging $3,000. The issue is listed under a TSB by Lexus and was known to them.
Dashboard and door panels are melting causing the plastic to shine and cast a reflection on the windshield causing poor vision. In addition the passenger airbag may not work properly as the dash has melted within the area the airbag should deploy.
Vehicle was stationary and sat overnight. Upon starting car srs light came on and was diagnosed with trouble code dtc 1861 that resulted in a knee squib malfunction due to a wiring harness issue. This requires a new wiring harness that will cost over $2500. Lexus knows this is an issue as they have issued a TSB for it but refuses to issue a recall or do it as a goodwill service. This is a major safety issue especially due to Lexus realizing there is an issue but refusing to step up and correct the issue.
Takata recall it's been 4 months since the recall was announced and still no remedy available yet. It's also a significant in that noone can sit in my passenger seat until the recall is remedied.

Dashboard has become sticky and shiny in appearance. Brought to dealer for repair, was told it is not covered under any warranty. I voiced concern over airbag failures due to the stick dashboard. It is also not safe to drive in sunny conditions.
When I first received my is I noticed that my dash was somewhat sticky/tacky and overtime I began to shiny/sticky dash causes a safety issue with glare on the windshield while driving and a degraded dash can result in possible degradation to the passenger front air bag because the cracks from the dash could potentially set off the airbags prematurely.
