One problem related to electrical system has been reported for the 2006 Lexus IS350. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Issues exist with the navigation screen/unit. Climate control is run exclusively through this unit, and when the unit fails, there is no way to control the climate in the car. With this said, the windows can fog up and impair visibility. This is a common issue with these vehicles.
