2 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 11/03/2014

As with many other users, the dashboard of my car has melted. This started happening many years ago and when I informed the lexis of palm beach dealer about it, I was told nothing could be done. The dashboard is very sticky and there is a terrible glare which makes it hard to see during the hot sunny days while I am driving. I live in west palm beach, FL, so it's sunny most of the year and this is a road hazard.

3 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 08/29/2014

The vehicle has an exhaust leak due to the heat shield that makes it built corrosion, have talk to many Lexus owners and they have had the same problem, which also make the check engine light go on because of the leak.

4 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 12/12/2012

Dash has become very glossy and sticky causing a very bright glare on the windshield which is severely affecting viability.

5 Equipment problem

Failure Date: 08/01/2010

I recently had my car serviced at Lexus to complete the floor mat entrapment recall procedures. I would like to bring to your attention that the new replacement all weather floor mats that were provided to me are more dangerous than the original ones. The new floor mats are extremely slick and on more than one occasion my foot slipped off the mat and into one of the pedals. This is an extremely dangerous situation and I have removed the replacement mats from the vehicle as I do not feel safe using them.
