Rearview Mirror problems of the 2006 Lexus IS350

The contact owns a 2006 Lexus is 350. The contact stated that the rearview mirror became discolored and dark. The contact was unable to see through the rearview mirror. The vehicle was taken to the dealer who stated that the rearview mirror needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure.
