[xxx] numerous times I've cleaned the area and it continues to build mold. A serious health and safety hazard. Foul odor from their vehicle smells like a fuel leak. Also car sputtering while driving. Vehicle check and no recall under my VIN. Information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u. S. C. 552(b)(6).
Loud engine noise when at idle. Dealerships told me injectors are loud on all Is350 fsports. Noise is ridiculous and cannot be normal. Its had the same noise since we purchased with 20000miles and it now has 57000 and noise is louder.
