The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was then taken back to hennessy Lexus of atlanta where the dealer stated that screws were missing by the exhaust and a small amount of sulfur was noticed in the vehicle. The contact was advised that the odor was normal. While driving, the accelerator pedal was depressed to increase the speed and the sulfur odor became stronger. As a result, the contact became ill and had to pull the vehicle over to vomit. The vehicle was then taken to hennessy Lexus of gwinnett (3383 satellite blvd, duluth, GA 30096 (770) 680-1000) where it was also diagnosed that the fuel needed to be changed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failures and stated that the issue was a fuel change. The contact was then advised to get a second opinion. The approximate failure mileage was 58,000.
