I was driving down highway 24 in colorado at roughly the speed limit. Out of nowhere, my sunroof shattered and glass fell into the car on to me and my passenger. Falling glass cut my passenger's arm but did not require medical attention.

There is an urgent safety recall on my vehicle put out by you guys stating the fuel pump must be replaced or it can cause the car to seize at high rates of speed. I am military stationed in germany and the local german Lexus dealerships are stating they have no access to this part because it is a us spec Lexus. I have contacted Lexus corporate to request they fed ex the part to Lexus germany where I live to be replaced. They are slow rolling this and it has already been a month. It should not take this long. This is a serious recall. It's not a hard fix. They need to mail the part to my dealer here in stuttgart germany. With the high rates of speed driven here in german the liability for this is huge. The safety recall states that the car could fail at high rates of speed. And here in germany there are higher minimum speed limits. This should not require me to constantly email and call Lexus back in the states for the part to be mailed here. This is an urgent recall yet Lexus is not prioritizing my request whatsoever. I need help. Please.

The dashboard of my 2020 Is350 that I have had for less than a month is already scuffed. I was simply trying to swipe a piece of hair off of the dash and it left a scuff on the dashboard that will not come out. I am devastated as I spent $50,000 on this car and have always taken immaculate care of my vehicles; however, simply wiping the dash has caused irreversible scuffs. After researching this issue, I do see hundreds of other Lexus owners having this same issue. Is there an existing recall for this that can be extended into the 2020s? I have never had this issue with any other luxury vehicles that I've ever owned for 5+ years.

Surface of dashboard plastic material melted in front of the driver seat and became shiny, causing glare which is blinding the driver when driving in full sunlight. This happened over the course of last year, in spite of the car being kept in the garage and not exposed to excessive temperatures. The dealer will not replace the dashboard. I learned that two lawsuits were filed against Toyota/Lexus in 2014 and 2017 and my car is among those Toyota/Lexus accepted under a "customer support program" (ze6) to replace about 3. 5 million dashboards that melt, but since this was not a recall I was not made aware of it. I am requesting Toyota/Lexus to replace my melting dashboard free of charge as this is a clear safety hazard - picture attached.

So I bought the car just yesterday and I searched the VIN in ur website and I saw that there is one unrepaired issue and I'm a little worried it could cause a safety issue later in the future if I don't do anything about it. The dealer where I bought it from told me the car was good with no issue so I was a little confused after seeing this. Below I sent a screenshot of the issue I saw and just want to know what do I do about it.

The foot rest next to the brake and acceleration broke-off (its plastic) and lodged between the brake pedal and floor board. Luckily I was not moving at a high speed and was able to coast to a stop.
Dashboard and door panels are melting causing the plastic to shine and cast a reflection on the windshield causing poor vision. In addition the passenger airbag may not work properly as the dash has melted within the area the airbag should deploy.

I live in fort lauderdale, florida and have a Lexus 2010 is 350c with 56k and due to the takata recall NHTSA campaign number: 16v340000. I was not able to drive the vehicle for 356 days, as I signed an affidavit that I would not drive my vehicle until the airbags were available, and Lexus would provide alternative transportation until the airbags were available. Now the dashboard has started to deteriorate and is become sticky to the touch, believe this is due to not being able to use the vehicle for a year. Checking the forums and notices online this appears to be the same issue as the "customer support program" - ze6 - for sticky/melting dashboards for the is models from 2006-2008. However this issue is global to all is models not just the 2006-2008 models. Please help as this is a huge issue in south florida with the extreme heat and humidity, and is a safety issue as the sun reflex's from the dashboard and the driver could have a collision if not fixed. Noticed this issue on Friday September 1, 2017 after driving the car home from having the airbags replaced. I went to dust the dashboard once home and noticed the duster would not slide as it once was able to, and then realized there was an issue with the dashboard.

Loud engine noise when at idle. Dealerships told me injectors are loud on all Is350 fsports. Noise is ridiculous and cannot be normal. Its had the same noise since we purchased with 20000miles and it now has 57000 and noise is louder.
Well from my understanding the interior ( dash board and door panels-all four) were to be replaced due to a recall; they all had this sticky residue on them. They have completed the dash board but not the door panels. It has been quiet some time and whenever I call all I ever get is that they have 3 panels and they're just waiting for the fourth one to come in. I've even called the corporate office of Lexus and they don't seem to have any control over this either. The place where I take my car to is chatham parkway Lexus located @ 1120 chatham parkway, savannah, GA. 31405 (912) 231-0005.
As with many other users, the dashboard of my car has melted. This started happening many years ago and when I informed the lexis of palm beach dealer about it, I was told nothing could be done. The dashboard is very sticky and there is a terrible glare which makes it hard to see during the hot sunny days while I am driving. I live in west palm beach, FL, so it's sunny most of the year and this is a road hazard.
The vehicle has an exhaust leak due to the heat shield that makes it built corrosion, have talk to many Lexus owners and they have had the same problem, which also make the check engine light go on because of the leak.
The manufacturer needs to recall the dashboard in these vehicles, they become very shiny and sticky in the heat and causes extreme glare while driving. I am worried about how the vehicle safety will be affected by such a sticky surface covering the air bags. Lexus dealership was of no help, this needs to be a recall!.
The rearview mirror became hazy and can no longer see out of it. The haze is in the inside of the mirror.
Went into a grocery store when I came back 5 minutes later I turned on the car and went to ouch the navigation screen when it first did not work. Has not worked ever since many others have the same issue.
Dash has become very glossy and sticky causing a very bright glare on the windshield which is severely affecting viability.
Sticky dashboard and doors.
Dash is melting, sticky,.
The dash has become sticky along with the other parts made from the same material. I have not done anything that would have caused this issue. It is a manufacturer defect.
I recently had my car serviced at Lexus to complete the floor mat entrapment recall procedures. I would like to bring to your attention that the new replacement all weather floor mats that were provided to me are more dangerous than the original ones. The new floor mats are extremely slick and on more than one occasion my foot slipped off the mat and into one of the pedals. This is an extremely dangerous situation and I have removed the replacement mats from the vehicle as I do not feel safe using them.
