Lexus owners have reported 11 hybrid propulsion system related problems since 1996. Table 1 shows the most common problems related the hybrid propulsion system of Lexus vehicles. The number one most common problem is related to the vehicle's hybrid propulsion system inverter (7 problems). The second most common problem is related to the vehicle's hybrid propulsion system (4 problems).
