Oct. 29, 2019 mid-morning vehicle was southbound on us hwy. 2 in north hero, vt. Vehicle crossed the northbound lane and crashed in a grassy field: came to rest upside down, right front wheel torn loose from the axle. Air bags did not deploy. Injured driver was in emergency room 3 times, hospitalized in icu for two periods, numerous procedures, follow-up craniotomy in 2020, anti seizure medications. Police report, ems report, and insurance adjuster inspection could be made available.
