Brake Disc Pads problems of the 2007 Lexus LS

There is a safety related defect in my vehicle which can cause the braking system to fail completely. I do lot of highway driving and some lights like abs , traction , brake and warning turn on and my brake system starts behaving bad. After some research and talking to Lexus dealership I found out that this model has a design defect and the brake actuator go bad. This is a safety issue and it should be a recall but Lexus instead extended the warranty on this item and have replaced this device for free on these models but when I called they said warranty is not going to cover it and I have to pay out of my pocket. It costs roughly $3000 parts and labor. I do not want to sell my car in this condition as I do not want the buyer to die from it. Lot of people are buying these cars without knowing that there is a big risk and they may loose their lives. I request safety administration to come forward and look into this issue and save 100s of lives. Just imagine you are driving on highway have brand new brake pads new tires and all of a sudden your braking system fails and you loose your life. Please take action.
