One problem related to front seat belt anchorage has been reported for the 2002 Lexus LS430. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Rear center seat belt attachment falls under seat when trying to attach seat belt. Attachment has to be fished out under seat when locating it for attaching. Continual problem. Lexus refuses to do anything about it. It is unsafe asi have 3 grand children inback seat many times.
