One problem related to body has been reported for the 2004 Lexus LS430. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Both side mirrors are not in the correct location to view the rear sight. Both mirrors have had the stop mechanisms break, allowing the mirrors to be off line. Very dangerous when driving. Can not view behind you.
