One problem related to brake light on has been reported for the 1999 Lexus LX. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
Abs and brake light plus buzzer sounded. Immediately pulled over only to find complete loss of brakes. Faulty design to allow brakes to fail due to an abs pump going out. Needs a new master cylinder assembly and abs accumulator. Could have been a tragic accident if I hadn't been driving only 30mph. A lot of reviews online with the same complaint and total loss of braking power.
