The contact stated that while using the trailer hitch in July 2026, the trailer hitch cracked at the welds. The contact had the hitch inspected by an independent mechanic who informed him that the welds were not properly performed. The manufacturer of the trailer hitch was contacted and made aware of the failure but declined to provide any assistance.
