The contact owns a 2000 Lexus Lx470. He received a recall notice for the exterior lighting (NHTSA campaign id# 04v434000). He made an appointment to have it repaired however after waiting two hours; the dealer stated that the part was unavailable. They stated that they would reschedule an appointment.
