The contact stated the vehicle was serviced under NHTSA campaign number: 18v887000 (air bags, seat belts) on August of 2019 but continue to experience the failure. The contact stated he also had the front driver side air bag replaced. The vehicle was taken to local dealer Lexus of marin located at 513 francisco blvd e, san rafael, CA 94901, (415) 326-7419, where it was diagnosed with needing wiring harness to be replace.
