One problem related to front seat heater/cooler has been reported for the 1999 Lexus RX300. The most recently reported issues are listed below.
The heated seat in my Lexus Rx300 has become so hot that it has burnt the leather and it has also burnt my left leg. You can turn the heater off but it takes a while for it to cool down.
